Groucho hosts free 'whistle-stop' web seminar (28/04/06)
Chameleon Net, the West London web solutions company, is inviting marketing directors from all over the country to come and gain an insight into the latest in online marketing, e-commerce, usability and website management.
The seminar, on 12th May at the Groucho Club in Dean Street, London W1 is entitled "Putting the pieces together" and in just two hours explains how the increasingly complicated elements of internet marketing can be brought together to create a harmonious whole.
The presentations will be business-focused and aimed at a largely non-technical audience.
Topics will include targeting search engines, effective e-mail marketing, web usability and accessibility, selling online and site and content management.
The seminar is starting to become a regular event on the marketing calendar; last held in February this is the first time that a 10am morning session and a 2pm afternoon session is now offered to attendees. As before, each session lasts around two hours and is completely free of charge. Senior marketing, communications, IT, and e-commerce staff will find the seminar of benefit.
Previous attendees have included representatives from BP, Christie's, EMAP, Fiat, Granada, John Lewis, Radisson Edwardian Hotels, Oasis Stores, and Sony.
Dan Martin, Sales & Marketing Director at Chameleon Net, states, "The rate of change of web-based marketing techniques and technologies is moving incredibly fast!"
He continues: "Our seminar gives a top-level view of the options now available to businesses. Crucially, we'll show how to bring all these online elements together to increase the bottom line and provide a better service for customers."
